Located in the heart of Dutchess County, Hoofprint Cheese Company is a Grade A Raw Milk Goat Dairy and Creamery.  Established in 2015, Hoofprint Cheese Company is a labor of love for us, Katelyn and Brendan Foley. With our herd of Alpine and Nubian Dairy Goats, in addition to being able to offer raw goat’s milk, we produce artisanal goat cheeses and yogurt made in small batches.
